Karate Tournaments!

     For some, Competition is considered the "Sport" side of karate. At Tournaments, Competition can take many forms, including:

• Kata (Solo or Team Synchronized Forms, or even Musical Forms);

• Kumite (Point Sparring either individual or Team matches);

• Kobudo (Traditional Weapons Forms), and/or Self-Defense.

     Events are open to all ages, with some competitors starting as young as 4 or 5 years old! And, of course, there is no age limit to competing, as events are separated by age groups.  Additionally, divisions are now available for those with physical challenges!

     Competition provides students with a chance to practice and improve their techniques, demonstrate skills to parents & friends, as well as compete with students in their age & rank category from other schools.

     Tournaments are open to ALL Age Levels, and ALL Rank Levels.
