Traditional Weapons Kobudo

Kobudo literally means 'old martial way', and training includes the learning of Kata (patterned forms), through the use of Traditional Weapons such as the bo (staff), sai, kama, bokken (sword) and more.

Partner drills also become an important (and fun) part of the training.

Learn and grow with us!  Study strategies, and techniques that will develop a better understanding of your Karate, and self defense.

7:10 pm - 8:10 pm Adult & Teen Weapons Training - In-Person Indoors** & Online

THURSDAY

4:15 pm - 4:55 pm Youth Weapons Training - In-Person Indoors** & Online (**Reservation System)
