Traditional Weapons Kobudo

Join us for a Free Trial Class!

Kobudo literally means 'old martial way', and training includes the learning of Kata (patterned forms), through the use of Traditional Weapons such as the bo (staff), sai, kama, bokken (sword) and more.

Partner drills also become an important (and fun) part of the training.

​

Learn and grow with us!  Study strategies, and techniques that will develop a better understanding of your Karate, and self defense.

Learn and grow with us!  Develop improved physical conditioning and coordination through training with weapons.

(Please note: Our Weapons Training is open to Golden Crane Members, and Non Members. Martial Artists of any style are welcome (with their instructors permission) to come and explore weapons training with us.

4:15 pm - 4:55 pm Youth & Teen Weapons Training - In-Person Indoors** & Online
